The two founders for the network are Delendra TarsaVena Peterson and Ryan Dimitri Bowser. Delendra TarsaVena Peterson:
Delendra TarsaVena Peterson is the co-founder, co-owner, and CEO of The OnPoint Network. Besides being the CEO of The OnPoint Network, TarsaVena is also an author, musician, and minister. As well, her book, The Diary of a Hurt and Confused Wife, has impacted other women and wives across the globe. The book was written alongside her daughter, Kyasia Chaney, and TarsaVena also made numerous television show appearances regarding her book.
As a singer and musician, she has received much success such as when her singles have helped her to appear on 6 television news interviews, appearances on Bobby Jones Presents, and she also received numerous awards such as the gospel awards from S & M Gospel Indie Awards in 2015 and another gospel award in May of 2016.

Ryan Dimitri Bowser:
Ryan Dimitri Bowser is the co-founder and co-owner of The OnPoint Network. Besides being the co-founder and co-owner of The OnPoint Network, he is also a music producer and songwriter. For Toya, a singer and artist, Ryan produced and wrote over 50 percent of her debut album ‘Toya’. This included her most popular hit, which is I DO. The single and debut album sold approximately 400,000 copies. Ryan’s success as a producer and songwriter also led him to produce for Dej Loaf & Lil Wayne, MOORHOUSE, Brooke Love, and more.
