The casting director for Undying Faith, Tracey S. Yang, spoke.
Lydia Johnson, Claire Carley’s character, is one of the leading protagonists in the Undying Faith television series. In the show, she and her best friend, Joanna Williams, must run for their lives after being discovered to be Christians. Although fictional, the story does portray what a lack of freedom looks like in different countries around the globe.
The purpose of Undying Faith is plain and simple. It is just to share the gospel, and we are really hoping to touch people’s hearts. Christians and non Christians because there really are places in the world where they don’t have the freedoms that we have, and I just think it’s just a really good story to open your eyes.
Claire Carley states in her interview.
